2) Steady White light

3) Blue Light

5) Yellow Light

This is another important reason why the Eero light won’t come on. Examine the Eero app, as the LED status may be disabled within its settings. If this problem exists you have to simply enable the LED status in the Eero app. Sign in to your Eero app account, then navigate to settings and select the Eero network tab from the options. Within this tab, you can access your Eero and toggle the LED on or off.

Faulty Eero device:


If the issue persists, it may be attributed to a defective device. In such a case, replacing your Eero device is recommended to resolve the problem.


If you have gone through all the aforementioned options and there is still no LED light turning on, it is necessary to reset the device. To accomplish this, press and hold the reset button located on the back of the device for a minimum of 7 seconds. Hopefully, the issue will be resolved.
